Our services explained in 4 steps.

STEP 1 

From the inventory provided, select the pottery service (plain or stenciled, custom drawings or mystery kits) you would like. Once you select your service, you can make a selection for the colors from the color palette (which can be found in every products 2nd picture). Once you look at the color palette you will see that each color is labeled with a number. You can simply leave the numbers for the colors you like at the "instructions for the sellers" section at checkout. 

STEP 2 

In this step we ship your order to you with USPS priority mail. Once received check your order for broken products.(If any immediately take a picture and send it to ateliernewday@gmail.com. We will send you a replacement order with in the next 2 to 3 business days.) If everything is in shape paint your potteries as you like or follow the painting guide provided .

STEP  3

Once you paint all the potteries you ordered, carefully wrap them with the bubble wrap provided in the initial shipment and repack them. We will provide a return label in the initial shipment. Carefully wrap your items and place them back in the box. Tape the prepaid return label on the box and go to the closest courier to ship it back to us. We recommend you to use the same box that you receive in the initial shipment since its already labeled fragile.

STEP 4

Lastly, we receive your painted potteries. We require 1 week to glaze and fire them and once they are shiny and ready for your daily use we ship it back to you in 1 week.
